Newer take on my 2023 track. This version is more of what I envisioned to capture originally, GOING FAST and what it really means to be player two, to carry doubt,shame, anger and still push through with resilience. Being the sidekick isn’t about being second best. It’s about persistence, loyalty, and courage that never dies. sidekicks live in that space between visibility and invisibility
always right behind, rarely in the spotlight, but carrying a quiet strength others depend on. It means facing the same storms, same doubts and hardships as the hero, yet choosing to push on when retreat would be easier. You gotta support your Friends when they need it and inspire them to push through because if they fall behind you dont leave them behind either 
The role isn’t about being second-best; it’s about finding identity and self-worth in loyalty, in resilience, in refusing to let pain or negative voices define you. Being player two doesn’t make you lesser it makes you the underdog, you might think thats a weakness but its a STRENGTH. The  sidekick is the one who proves that support, persistence, and courage can be just as heroic as leading the charge, you might not be the leader but you are valuable so long as you move forward with courage and determination you can get through any obstacle. Tails was the first video game character I took control of playing with my cousins. Sonic the hedgehog 2 has always a personal favorite of mine because of Tails.
