Sharp as a knife, deep as a well. Such is the sound of Weight and Treble. Manuele Giannini (production, programming), Massimo Carozzi (production, mixing) and Suz (vocals) share the same passion for heavy basslines, relentless rhythms and crashing echo chambers. 
Operating upon an unfolding canvas of analog synthesizers and dusty record players, Weight and Treble builds skeletal, stripped bare bass and drum structures in which the space between the sounds is crucial. The music is tense and tight, deep and reverberating, strictly rooted in the chemistry of the recording studio.

Brendon Moeller is a boundary-pushing producer whose sound is rooted in dub and techno and incorporates subtle undertones of jazz, shoegaze and afrobeat.

Brendon grew up in Johannesburg, South Africa. Throughout his childhood and teenage years, he learned piano and drums, finding particular inspiration in the music of artists such as Fela Kuti, My Bloody Valentine, De La Soul and Kraftwerk.

However, it was not until 1993, when Brendon moved to New York City, that his own individual style began to develop. With NYC as his base, he has worked with several prominent labels and collaborated with artists like Mikey Dread, Speedy J, Mutabaruka and MATRiXXMAN.

With dozens of EPs, singles and albums to his name, Brendon’s love for experimenting with sound has created an endless source of inspiration to continuously self-reflect and advance his music. Brendon is consistently striving to reinvent himself and skillfully influence the dub scene in the process.

PALM WINE is a conjectural and distant look at the post-global movement of sounds, dazed by alcohol vapours. Palm Wine is a project by Simone Bertuzzi, originally started as a blog in 2009. As an artist, he is half of Invernomuto, a duo operating in the fields of visual art and cross-discipline practices since 2003. As a DJ, he regularly spins warm and border-crossing tunes; his sets can take unexpected routes forward and backward, travel in the outer space depicting a magical conception of distance between past, present and the next world.

Alessandro Bocci is an Italian producer. He is a regular member of Starfuckers, a seminal band of Italian experimental music. Bocci formed M16 in 1993, trying to create a sound influenced by the 80′s industrial culture and the sound of Detroit with a deep african vibe. M16 pushes the genre boundaries in a radical way. He published Records for: Persistencebit, Self Defence, Subself, Radical Matters, The Wire magazine.
