The first few seconds were shaky, probably because I used way too much pedal and then threw myself off trying to adjust -- I had heard in advance that the pedal was very heavy but didn't quite anticipate how sensitive it really was. If not for the pedaling, I think the piece overall worked out okay and set the stage for Debussy, which I played immediately following this piece.
