Born & raised within the rave fundaments of the Netherlands, while maintaining the strong temperament from the Romanian grounds. These two bloodlines bring a force together, which result in a raw, solid & uncompromising form of rave music.

Over the last two decades, he has undoubtedly contributed to the growth of the underground scene by running labels such as Cult Collective, formerly known as Obs.cur, Hangar, Interwave, Warehouse X or Future Frequencies, to name a few. As a producer, he has also released his frequencies on numerous vinyls and over a hundred tracks, and obviously could be called a steady force. 

We couldn’t have hoped for anything more evocative than today’s mix, flawlessly gathering some of the best acidcore & tekno tracks of recent years, with mental unreleased and core classics!

C'est l'histoire d'un monstre et d'un oiseau, d'une course effrénée entre deux entités que tout oppose, dans une jungle de béton dont le décors défile, strillé du vert des plantes sauvages qui poussent dans les fissures, les interstices sombres ou la vie reprends ses droits.
C'est un combat et une poursuite tout autant qu'une déclaration d'amour, un paradoxe énergétique qui les attire dans un éclair lumineux. La solitude du monstre, sa noirceur trouve un échappatoire dans la légèreté de l'oiseau, l'oiseau trouve une catharsis dans la noirceur du monstre.
Car c'est toujours ensemble, en oubliant nos préjugés, en allant vers l'inconnu, en éprouvant la lumière ,en la diffusant, en l'aimant, que notre ombre prends sa place, et que nos paradoxes deviennent complémentaires, et nous permettent d'être enfin au monde, serein.

It is the story of a monster and a bird, of a frantic race between two beings that everything opposes, in a concrete jungle whose scenery scrolls, streaked with the green of the wild plants that grow in the cracks, the dark interstices where life regains its rights.
It's a fight and a pursuit as much as a declaration of love, an energetic paradox that attract them in a flash of light. The loneliness of the monster, its darkness finds an escape in the lightness of the bird, the bird finds a catharsis in the darkness of the monster.

Tonight we're celebrating Possession –– one of Europe's most important queer techno communities –– with a 5hr section from last weekend's marathon in Paris. First up: resident Parfait.

The second Various Artists of the Berlin label, Lounge Squatt, showcases the artists and professionals with deep roots in the underground party scene who have collaborated with the organization in the last decade. Founded in Milan in 2010, the collective decided to move operations over to Berlin, in 2011. 

Celebrating 10 years of activity with the 10th release “Decade”, Lounge Squatt has curated a strong selection of hybrid artists that space between the most hypnotic techno like OPL, Elle, Hyper Binary, Astronomy Domine, Sub Human Bros... to the raw and harder ones created by artists like X.A.X.A, Sorcery, Diarmaid O Meara. Opening the release, there are also included an experimental track from Dj Assuti (aka Luca Torre) and a fresh edit of an exclusive track from 2002 from Patrick DSP. 

Lounge Squatt aims to deliver quality nightlife experiences, with a focus on techno & bass music - showcasing some of the finest artists in their respective genres. Not only Events Promotion, but the project also consists of a Booking Agency for the collective's artists and as Record Label, Podcast Series and Worldwide Radioshows. 

Berlin has often been touted as the techno capital of the world, but the city's music scene goes deeper than the constant “kick drum” from the most famous clubs. The German capital has always been a musically diverse place, especially for those interested in the more futuristic and experimental sounds who, in recent years, have seen a variety of styles that has taken root in many of the city's dancefloors. 

With its tenth release, Lounge Squatt shows us once again that it is distinguishing itself from Berlin clichés and remains open to new sounds and artists who have a strong sensitivity towards avant-garde music.

Coming from the North of France, it is through punk rock and metal that he first went to music, guitar in hand and pedal underfoot. It’s not surprising, then, to find such uninhibited influences in his techno project created around 4 years ago, through which he shapes a straight and radical sound drawn from the Belgian and Dutch scene, and by the hard sounds of freeparty.

No need to warn you so, this new podcast is something from which we don’t return completely unscathed. Between industrial-infused acid techno - including some of his recent releases - and some acidcore coming straight from the doom, it’s a nice glimpse of his twisted universe that ABLK shares with us today, always without any fuss or pity!
