Once again affirming the timeless talent of these two artists, this fast-paced, tongue-in-cheek extravaganza barely drops below 140 BPM and would probably work just as well in a dark, steamy club as it did in our beloved little Corner on the 2nd of September. Whether you’re getting ready for a pumped night out with friends in a hazy club or going for a late-night run through a fog-filled park - this is your jam.

Ziúr has emerged as one of the world’s most striking and innovative electronic music producers in recent times, so it stands to reason that her DJ sets should be similarly wide-ranging. In this exclusive mix the Berlin-based artist covers a huge amount of sonic ground. Beginning with Nancy Wilson’s soulful ‘(You Don't Know) How Glad I Am’, @ziurziurziur then zips between deconstructed club tracks, driving rhythms from Nyege Nyege Tapes, ambient music, artful electronic composition, leftfield dancehall and much more besides across the mix’s near-hour-long runtime. All of this stylistic hot-footing could make for a disparate set of tracks, but in Ziúr's hands they come to form a composite whole, one that is alien and futuristic yet also deeply emotional.

Here we will be showcasing different queer / music / art content, created with a bunch of very talented artists / activists, for you to enjoy at home. The aim of this, apart of creating entertainment and learnings for our isolations, is to support local artists, that are losing their jobs due to this crisis. We created this platform to try to help our family of queer artists, that's why we kindly ask you, that if you enjoy our content and can afford it, to please make a donation to our paypal account. This donations will be divided entirely among all the artists involved.

She is a New York-based DJ, producer and electronics artist that operates a laboratory of self-made sequencers and synthesizers using vintage telephone equipment. Known for her inventive soundscapes and eclectic vinyl DJ sets. She dives into acid-laced techno, shimmering electro, shadowy atmospheres and beyond, with a particular ear for odd percussions and syncopations. Her releases on LIES, The Bunker New York and Silent Season showcase her talented and unique approach to music making.

MC20: Weird Science With Antenes

Planet Euphorique is the name of @d-tiffany’s label, but also a perfect summation of her sound: musically she reworks rave, euphoria, trance, electro, breakbeat and techno into all out emotional onslaughts that get hands in the air and chests swelling with joy. The Canadian - who also runs the xpq? label - has always got things done on her own terms, from running parties in her own house in Vancouver to making dance music with the gear she had previously used as part of a band via setting up her own women-focused Intersessions DJ school.

This week she treats us to an extra special two hour selection that will take you to the heart of a rave in your front room. It’s a mix that bristles with life, from dusty and teary-eyed breakbeats that are shrouded in nostalgia to more clipped and kicking techno. The mixing is tight and urgent and after initially serving up plenty of lush moments of melody and IDM introspection, it grows all the more direct and unhinged later on.
