

On March 14, 2025, the last event of the weirdspot series took place at St. Lorenz Church in Lübeck. In dialogue with the space, mu tate and èvia wove atmospheric electronic sounds into the church’s unique acoustics and spiritual presence. The performed music resonated with walls and domes of the church and created a unique spiritual atmosphere.

Since July 2023, the weirdspot collective has been reimagining public spaces through genre-crossing musical interventions, broadening perceptions of electronic music and DJ culture. Each event is carefully attuned to its site, offering new ways of experiencing place. These gatherings invite quiet listening and deep interaction with the surroundings.
