FUX & ÄLSTER - das etwas andere Märchen aus dem Berliner Stadtwald. Als das Paar erstmals gemeinsam im Jahre 2012 die Bühne betrat, wurde Beiden schnell bewusst, das dies kein normales Hörspiel war. So entstand zunächst aus 2 tanzenden Schirmmützen und einer Mischung aus Deep/Techhouse (Vinyl feat. CD), ein recht unterhaltsames Bühnenspektakel. Mit einer gewissen Konstruktion aus Leidenschaft und Harmonie, erregen sie so von Anfang bis zum Ende, die Aufmerksamkeit ihres Publikums. Neugierig und experimentiersüchtig ziehen die zwei Charakterzüge aus dem Hause NO SUBJECT BEATZ bewusst von Ohr zu Ohr und erfolgreich von Land zu Leute.

 FUX & ÄLSTER - a different kind of fairy tale from the Berlin city forest. When the couple took the stage for the first time together in 2012, both quickly realized that this was no normal "song & dance". So initially originated, from two dancing caps and a mixture of Deep / Tech House (vinyl feat. CD), a very entertaining stage show. With a certain construction of passion and harmony, they excite the attention of the audience from beginning to end. Curious and experiment-addictive, these charcters leave the house NO SUBJECT BEATZ, concious from ear to ear and successfull from country to people.

1. Wie würdest du deine Biographie formulieren, die mit nur einem Satz auf alle 5 W Fragen (WER? WIE? WAS? WANN? WO?) eine Antwort für uns hat?  

Irgendwann kommt der Punkt an dem man sich entscheiden muss eine Sache zu 100% zu machen oder mehrere Sachen zu 30%, man riskiert alles oder nur etwas, aber man wird definitiv nichts gewinnen, wenn man nichts riskiert.

2. Wann & wo hattest du eigentlich dein erstes Mal? 
Ähm ja oder besser gefragt in welcher Situation, hast du das erste Mal wirklich bewusst an einem Mischpult gestanden?

Meine ersten Berührungspunkte mit elektronischer Musik waren Drum`n Bass und Breakbeat. Ein guter Freund hatte 2 Turnies und bat mich, auch mal Platten mitzubringen. Ich hab bis dahin nur gehört, nie gemixt. Er nahm dann 2 Platten und pitchte sie ein, sodass sie zusammenliefen und ging dann. Ich verbrachte dann 3 oder 4 Stunden damit, den Pitchregler nicht mehr zu berühren und immer wieder nur diese 2 Platten von vorne zu mixen. Das war ein super einschneidendes Erlebnis für mich, Danke Martin. 

3. Was genau haben deine Eltern dazu gesagt, als du ihnen gesagt hast, dass du ein DJ werden willst?

Gar nichts, meine Mutter hat mich schon immer machen lassen. Sie hat gemerkt, das mir Musik sehr viel bedeutet. Ich hab aber auch erst ne Ausbildung zum Tischler gemacht und auch 5 Jahre als Tischler gearbeitet, mich sogar selbstständig gemacht. Ich hab auch schon im Klamottenladen gearbeitet, Kneipen geputzt, im Plattenladen gearbeitet, ne Umschulung zum Veranstaltungstechniker gemacht, aufm Schiff als Tontechniker gearbeitet usw. Musik machen, war immer eine Leidenschaft, die erst in den letzten 4 Jahren auch zum Beruf geworden ist.

4. Wie würdest du deine Musik charakterisieren? 

intensiv, dramatisch, cineastisch, ausdrucksstark, abwechslungsreich, kraftvoll, episch

5. Wo hat für dich Musik ihre Grenzen?

Musik ist ein Medium und die einzige Grenze, liegt im Kopf des Zuhörers. Jeder bestimmt selbst, was Musik gibt oder wieweit man sich darauf einlässt. Also Musik hat gar keine Grenze, nur der Zuhörer hat sie.

6. Deine DJ-Vorbilder früher waren?

Regional war es immer Ron Albrecht (Gerberei / Schwerin) und Krampe (NB Assi Mob) und sonst war und bin ich großer Fan von Klute (Commercial Suicide).

The Box is a meticulous work of One entire Year, every artist of the 20 selected delivered something that connects deeply with the label and the reason why they are part of it. 
The study goes beyond when Artists get different colors of palettes and a different surface to paint, their known soundscapes comes with something freer than the usual approach that they did in their singles. April the 24th meets Daniel Boon to join IAMT Family!
The skilled roofer, Daniel Boon, was born in Berlin, in the former western part of the city in 1979. After the turn he moved into the Berlin scene district of Friedrichshain, what was for him and his development very influential. His first attempts as a DJ he started in 1997. In 1998 he has his first public appearance in the Berlin club "Matrix", where he in the following regularly performed . In winter of 2000 Daniel Boon organized his first event - "Electrosex" in the glass house of the Arena Berlin, which subsequently took place in different locations. In winter of 2003 he and his partner Oliver Tatsch organized the first "OstfunkBerlin" – Party, in the "Maria". In january 2004 they launched the "Backstage" party series and celebrated the premiere at the legendary club "Tresor", in the following they organized this event in changing clubs. From autumn 2004 Daniel Boon and Oliver Tatsch launched the "IncognitoBerlin" party line, what was organized in the "Tresor" Berlin until its closure in spring of 2005. Further Daniel Boon is Resident DJ at the "OstfunkBerlin" Parties and he was also resident at the afterhour "BlueHour" in the "Sternradio". This year Daniel will be published his first record at the Ostfunk Rec. label, which was founded in the beginning of 2005. Including with a remix of the DJ Lützenkirchen, known for "3 Tage wach".

Between 2005 and 2012 and after several release on the best techno labels at that time under the name of "Stephane Signore" like Rotation - Primate - Planet rhythm - Monoid and many more.
 
Andrea had the chance to work his studio with the "Drumcode" genious from Brazil "Wehbba" and the french producer who don't needs any introduction "Olivier Giacomotto". From both collaboration, born several ep played all over the world during many years.
 
During almost ten years, most of his release were played by the "big names" and Andrea had the chance to play in more than 30 countries and beeing resident dj in the Hungarian number 1 techno club "M47". In 2012, Andrea took a big decision and gived all of his energy as Hip Hop beat maker for several French and US rappers.

In June 2018, Andrea made his return in the techno game on several labels like Tronic, Alchemy with a remix of the classic "Mauro Picotto-Lizard", Orange recordings and many more. In November 2019, Andrea release the "Muse EP" on Orange recordings, the Steve Mulder imprint. Two months after the release, the track "Omnia" is still number 4 in the Top of the Beatport techno charts and number one in the
Hype techno Charts.
