Fibre Optixx is the moniker of Berlin based Australian producer and DJ Riley Gower. Born from an obsession with the roots of electronic music, both Riley’s production style and DJ sets look to re-contextualise the frameworks of the Chicago and Detroit sound. His latest release on KANN Records “Crystalline” builds on this with a collage of references spanning from conspiracy theory instagram reels, Cronenberg style mutant horror, and the lineage of dance music, his music reworks these references into a unique tale on the history and future of house and techno.
