I recorded this mix last October after the passing of my dear Nonna. It was a cathartic and therapeutic experience that helped me to grieve her loss.. I was unsure if I would ever release or share it but today is her birthday and I want to honour her spirit. 

- I've felt extremely empty since the day she's passed, my life keeps moving along but I've never known such a loss where having moments of feeling "ok" seems wrong. I know on this beautiful sunny day that she is smiling down on me and our family. I hope this short recording allows you to briefly escape and feel the buzzing hum of joy, fear and love all soaked into 15 minutes.
