Here’s a Journey into sound...The Original track was made with Korg Gadget then I used Ableton Live for the remix. Starts off in LoFi to get the full effect but as it advances into the mix it expands into stereo. Enjoy fam!

I cannot imagine what it must be like to lose someone suddenly from a random act of violence. I wrote this song from the perspective of someone who is grieving such a loss. Having a moment of peace only to be interrupted again by the grief which turns to anger and then some resolve at the end. Unfortunately I just heard about another shooting by another scumbag stranger. God bless the victims and their families. I wish the inspiration for this song never occurred, but it has.

I made this for my little sister; it's a string of cameos about the town where we were born and raised - a suburb of Newcastle Upon Tyne.  Low income, but real world, real people, real troubles, real joy, real love, real communities, real humour, real music, real life.  All in gloriously rough 1960's industrial working class North East England monochrome.

Wonderful Sight

The Ivy Tree

A side track suddenly popped into my head. It's something that happens to me sometimes. And I tried to catch it, because an hour later it probably wasn't there anymore.

I sent it to our dear poet/lyricist Peter, and it only took a couple of hours for an absolutely wonderful lyrical interpretation to be in my box.
Peter explained that this song's name was "Gaza" and I understood where we were going. A heartfelt thank you my friend, for your brilliant creations with your poetic vein.

Pray, which good God has cast this spell?
In dusty lands of diverse brilliant ancient provenance
Where peoples cherish but the solitary aim to dispatch to hell
Their neighbouring humanity through inculcated intolerance.
And this from such a tiny, precious space where all do share a common Abraham
The self same place where culture, morals and philosophy first graced the mind of modern man.

What peace can be, powered by the craving of decimation
Where love lies cowered from the social suffocation
Of him next door plus wife and child
The moral floor of passions wild 
With centuries of sparkling seasoned hate
Stoked brightly by the not so holy operatives of Judaism and the Caliphate. 

And so, my middle Eastern brothers, kindly answer this
When you leave this world, for the other and your promised eternal bliss
And as you call your God to realise Allah and Yahweh are one and the same
Will you call in the crushing tanks and play the heavenly occupation game
And will you, conversely, greet your neighbour with rocks and flaming molotovs

Our next journey is unusual, but necessary. And each of us should make it in our hearts, and then invite other people to join us on this journey - a journey to world peace. The problem is still very relevant!!!
    This piece is our tribute to the victims of the nuclear attack in Hiroshima and Nagasaki in August 1945. It is also a cry and an appeal for world peace!
    Artur: „When I got this intriguing synth track from my friend (Well) to record my guitar part, I was looking for the key to this song. Everything became clear after watching the film "Oppenheimer" by Christopher Nolan. I was deeply moved! May such a tragedy never happen again."
    Håkan: „I made this synth track and sent it over to Artur, hoping he could use it. He envisioned this theme and everything fell into place.
   Let us all hope that this never will happen again. Join us in our quest for world peace”.
