It`s a self help e-book, posted for a good friend but left up for anyone and no-one in particular. All I can say about is that [purely by chance] it got me through a particularly shitty time in my life 20 years ago. However the lessons learnt got me through some real traumas that were to follow. Treat it like a weird album, the likes of which you have never heard before. Some bits will make sense, some won`t, but it`s worth persevering with. The first part is the instructive bit, it will tell you a lot about you, the second part is just like mental floss, a mental excercise to clear out the shit.
