Hanne/ toyolaff: It’s like lying on a box full of bees… calming and healing, but also hyperactive potential. All in ways I don’t really understand, but I can imagine its working ways.

Mary Lou, if I may paraphrase, said in an interview once that she experienced a lot of tenderness when she was a child and wants to pass it on through her music. An artist statement rarely seems so true. "Avril23s ce soir" and "Lurk Lif3" (cassie x oklou x caseymq) Lurk remix were the soundtrack to my first and, until now, last (medium) long-distance relationship. We confessed our love to each other after 3 days of having met, and under tears, these words tumbled out, almost making us fall from the windowsill. And even if that part of my life drifts further away from me daily, Oklou's music stays. I guess it comes and goes through releases, refixes, samples, IG stories, SoundCloud comments, and the occasional cover. Like a little internet treasure hunt, and the prize is sweetness on your ears. #sheversatile
