I am an Intuitive Leadership and Wellbeing coach. I help my clients to lead themselves, clarify the direction, re-gaining energy, and balance in life. The cornerstones for achieving these are working with personal values, purpose, and body-mind connection. I am also a yoga teacher and oftentimes guide my clients through breathing techniques and meditation to calm down the overloaded nervous systems.

I experienced burnout in 2015 and it really made me stop and think about what I want from life. Questions like: "What happy means for me?" and "How does balance look like for me?" helped me to go forward.

This is a place for me to share my thoughts about life and the work I have done with myself and my clients, both in Finnish and in English.
