A high-octane burst of intensely rhythmic club music, ‘Heartbreaker’ is characterised by a hypnotic looping vocal line that metamorphoses at will, inviting the listener to get lost in its devastating groove. Complete with chest rattling kicks and expansive synth lines that draw the listener in, the track snaps into a truly impactful percussive break that allows Manni Dee to masterfully control the chaos unfolding on the dancefloor. A deliciously industrial cut of unrelenting techno - ‘Heartbreaker’ remains inherently infectious throughout, riding the perfect balance between a track that has the potential to provide an unforgettable moment in cavernous warehouses or sweat soaked basements.

Over the last few years, Bristol born, London based artist LCY has become one of the guiding lights in a scene of fans who like their club music deep, dark and with a heavy dose of rhythm. Releasing predominantly on their own label SZNS7N, LCY has transcended musical boundaries, taking from a wide range of musical influences to create their own fluid hybrid style that indulges the deepest desires of those who chase a visceral dancefloor response - uplifting a huge amount of unconventional producers alongside them in the process. Today marks the announcement of their first release on fabric Originals, the flagship label from global club imprint fabric, alongside a new single, ‘Bad Blood’.

LCY’s He Hymns EP, released digitally on 5th May and on vinyl 19th May via fabric Originals, is a dynamic exploration of LCY’s search for self within songs of worship, and how movement has provided a solace from inner turmoil. Simultaneously warm and unrelentingly intense, He Hymns perfectly sets the stall for LCY’s vision for the club; transporting the listener to an alternate future in which the driving heart of electronic music sits unapologetically at the fore. He Hymns is dynamic, confounding club music that is still inherently propulsive - ready to lift the curtain on a new level of invention within the electronic space.

We are happy to present you our latest Afterhour Sounds compilation. After almost a year it was about time to publish a new, in-house release. Our goal with each compilation is to share our understanding of an afterhour with you.

An afterhour has always been something special. An episode of rest and yet also of departure. Always individually different and yet somehow categorically the same. This is exactly the spirit we try to musically depict with each of our compilations.
Finally, this time we have also included exciting downtempo, midtempo and uptempo tracks. Each track is completely different in terms of mood and energy, but due to their atmosphere and playfulness, they fit perfectly into every (afterhour) playlist. Surely there is something for each of you.

Our newest compilation is as usual a "Free Download" with voluntary donation. For this you can use the Bandcamp link below and decide for yourself what the project is worth to you. A donation via the Paypal link bellow is also possible. This time, we have decided to support the aid project "Blind-Spots" with the proceeds, which we consider among many currently still worthy of support. Enjoy!

Kicking things off for Troves Vol. 1, Justin teams up with west coast hero @LennyKiser for the molten “Rude”. Living up to its name, “Rude” sneaks into your mind inspiring havoc with its hypnotic bells & bellowing plumes of dangerous low end.

On “Dark Matter” SF lifeblood @dj-Galen steps up to the plate to join forces with Justin. Swung-out boppy drums get furnished with razor sharp bass plucks that morph into a searing acid line. This is moody chemistry at its deadliest.

Last but not least, Justin & Galen’s 2010 bomb “Tumbleweed” gets a monumental makeover for 2024.
