Some things just aren't meant to last, and sometimes that is a good thing.

Ignore exposes the honest thoughts and doubts about the relationships you convince yourself are worth staying in only for the hope that things might get better, but they just never do. You can only ignore so many red flags before you find yourself buried beneath them and struggling to find your way out.

Look away was written by Sarah Jane Moore with music by D.Lee and  explores narratives of looking back, looking forward and looking away. The notion of connection is explored through remembering the ancient practises of harvesting sea country, procuring fire, gathering together and sharing food. Remembering the deep learnings that those old campfires bring, those feasts conjure and those ceremonies manifest, brings the power of shells into the now and can inform understandings of respecting ocean, water, river deeply and with spirit.

Lucy explores and celebrates the “emotional woman” archetype through thoughtful collections of covers and original songs, unique to each set. Her original songs mix folk singer-songwriter sincerity with neo-soul style vocals - think if Alicia Keys and Missy Higgins spent the day gardening and swapping love stories. Lucy engineered and recorded 5 of her original songs in late 2022 with an all-women band, she’s currently mixing and perfecting them for release over the coming year.
