Cage Chord Sustain (disquiet0554)

Here's a collaboration I did with a cool thunderstorm passing by.
I put a bucket, a metal tin can and a glass jar to make the rhythm and I accompanied on the flute.
After my enthusiasm got carried away ^^

With The Laugh Wood

This is an ambient piece, featuring delay and lots of reverb. It was probably influenced by a late-night B movie (whose name I am unable to recall) which featured people running through a booby-trapped forest at night (hence the irregular percussion).

This mix (with different mastering) features on Ambient Online Compilation: Volume 20, which contains over 5 hours of excellent ambient music, and is available from BandCamp at a price of your choosing, which represents excellent value in these days of hyper-inflation.

Edit:20221030 - I remixed it, dropping the level of the theremin-like synth by 2dB and mastered using the earlier project settings. The remix was done in a new version of MuLab.

Lately I shifted my attention again a bit more towards my progressive and experimental Bronzi alias. This one started as the 'outdoor battery challenge' where I went out into the sun and tried producing something (obviously inspired by the surrounding) before the laptop battery dies. It started with the deep synth arp line and I then developed more of a beat around it but decided to keep the stripped down chill out version as the original. So yes, there is also a proper club mix of that track coming later this year... Anyway, this track is about beautiful sunsets which get a soursweet taste if you experience them in the wrong place. Kind of the goodbye track to my IBK times.
