"Non-Linear Career Paths" is nothing but a euphemism for job insecurity. The fact that so many UofA grads are forced down these 'non-linear paths' just shows how useless a UofA degree is in today's economy. If you want a non-linear career path, you don't need a UofA degree to get it, just drop out of high school.
