It's always something special when female artists find their way into the Amber family. This time with a real debut: ANYZ from Flensburg (Germany) presents her very first release on Amber Blue Recordings.

With her sound, she impressively demonstrates that fresh, modern melodic techno can be not only driving, but also emotional, detailed and full of her own signature style. Deep melodies, powerful drops and a clear focus on atmosphere make this debut a real statement, with the two tracks ‘Alive’ & ‘Exodus’ being real highlights.

The first release on Reinier Zonneveld’s own imprint, Filth on Acid, launches a special EP-series, Cocktails Mix series, whereby Reinier Zonneveld collaborates with artists that influence him, both creatively and personally.

Cocktails Mix I brings 4 different variations of tech to the floor. First up is Cold Conquest, featuring Stil vor Talent's head honcho Oliver Koletzki, together they deliver a peak-time track with lots of emotional and musical elements, while keeping a steady heavy rhythm section.

Adding Gem’s labelhead Secret Cinema to the cocktail gives us a purist no nonsense techno banger perfect for dark rooms and dirty basements. 

For the third track on the EP, we see Reinier Zonneveld combined with Gabriel Ananda, showing their emotional and deep signature sound coming to the forefront, with mesmerizing melodies and brilliant synthwork. Perfect for a night closer or sunny open air.

Finally the EP closes of with Matt Sassari and Reinier going all out with an extreme energetic bomb, featuring a machine gun like synth bass.

Einen richtigen Plan hatte @carloruetz für seine kommende EP, „Creatures“, nicht: „Ich sitze oft lange im Studio und probiere viele Dinge aus. Daraus entstehen eigentlich die meisten Ideen – jeder Produzent kennt das.“ Entstanden sind die Werke im seinem Kopf, danach werden diese Ideen im Studio ausgearbeitet. „Auf meinem Studiorechner lagern wahrscheinlich über 100 angefangene Projekte." (...) „Im letzten Jahr beim Amsterdam Dance Event haben wir uns dann nochmal über Demos unterhalten. @matador_official fragte mich, ob ich ihm mal etwas für sein Label, @rukusofficial, schicken könnte. Gesagt getan.“
