Russian artist Dave Shtorn returns to our PHW Elements division with yet another astonishing warm and melodic production, this one named as “Elliptical Estate”. With his superb melodic arrangements, warm textures and always crisp and moody basslines, he once again proves himself with another glorious original on the label. We will always welcome him back on the label of course with productions like this. It’s definitely one to not miss out on. 

On remix duty we hear 2 brand new additions to the label with Peruvian artist Vandelor being first out. With a string of releases through his alias he’s become an artist that is held high in the genre of organic house and progressive. He’s definitely a name that is on the rise, getting more and more recognition and we are as excited as ever to bring him on the label flagship. With crisp percussion, emotional textures and still keeping original ideas to sense that one, he proves his skills with a heartwarming production not to be missed. It’s a true pleasure having him and we do hope a few more will get to know his music and productions skills through this fine work of musical art. 

We of course also delighted to see Brazilian native Peve make echoes through the label for the first time as he turned in a majestic organic house styled remake on “Elliptical Estate”. It’s surely another winner from him, including those rich, deep and emotional textures that he is getting more and more known for. As said, we are as excited as ever and truly happy and honored to see him team up with us!

The vitality of electro-acoustic verve signals intent as complex rhythmic intensity is juxtaposed against ethereal vocal, coalescing in an infinite array of shapes and the chaotic beauty of cumulonimbus formations. "Ghost Horses" emerge like condensing vapour, cirrus clouds that shift and evaporate akin to melodic patterns that drift across the myriad coloured skyline, anchored by the comforting horizon and earth's rhythm.

An artist blessed with a vast creative arsenal; myriad arrows fly from the Quivver bow, darkening the sky and finding their target with power and precision. Constantly at the vanguard of the electronic art form, dance music flows in hybrid forms across an ever-changing landscape. Beauty held in melodic arrangement, loquacious vocals hover in visceral connection with dominant beat and cadenced rhythm. The power of pure emotion 'paralyzed' in time from an artist who eschews convention yet always find the target.

An aural identity stamped in Finnish modernity, Movement Machina finds a path to sunlight through cloudy skies. Synthetic and organic, fused once more in rhythm and melody, unbounded and emotionally charged. "Ghost Horses" rear their heads once more as tousled manes fly with percussive abandon.
