Released earlier this year, the four track EP featured three organic, groovy and sonically distinctive creations, along with a magical 12 minute remix from Marvin & Guy. The project earned play and support from Tale Of Us, DJ Tennis, Roman Flügel, Adriatique, Ame, Damian Lazarus, Guy J, Hernan Cattaneo, Gardens Of God and more; while reaching #1, #2 and #3 in Indie Dance, Electronica, Progressive House and Deep House respectively. 

As a thank you for the amazing support we're giving away one of Brian's most sought after, unreleased tracks entitled 'Welcome Them'. Long a staple of Brain's live shows; it's supernatural narrative has been a mood setter on his travels all throughout 2017, as he describes "This is the moment humans connect with intergalactic beings. A mellow fantasy of red lights, slowly pulsating while covered in fog between dark valleys. A joyful celebration for this long awaited encounter creates the backdrop for a beat that slowly swells into snare thunders and rolling bass. New from Guy J’s exceptional imprint, Lost & Found comes two original tracks from Dutch wonder, Budakid due for release on January 26th.

Signed to Einmusika, All Day I Dream and Last Night On Earth among others has helped the plucky young Berlin- based Dutchman to ascend the heights of the Progressive scene in a matter of years. Self taught and influenced by everyone from Todd Terje to Caribou means that Budakid isn’t weighed down by certain musical conformities and is free to create delicate, flowing melodica that has gained the interest of well-known media outlets such as Deep House Amsterdam, FAZE magazine and Thump.

Leading the way is ‘Memories’, an elegantly paced deep progressive number sparse in percussion but packed full of emotive nuance. The ebb and flow of twinkly arps and warming pads transport the listener far away from their troubles over a blissful six and a half minutes.

Flip over and ‘On An Empty Page’ elicits a different emotional response; no less visceral, no less powerful. Growing from meandering pads and cold sonics, it warms over the course of the track as new motifs add subtle layers of emotion.

With international momentum, Tale and Tone continues the charge of releases featuring unique genre-benders with story and groove. With two collaborations, the Synergy EP is the result of great minds and hearts coming together in the studio.
The first track needs little introduction. Formentera has been a staple tune Lee Burridge’s sets - and has become the most train-spotted tune in Tale and Tone’s history. Not surprising, as this one is truly unlike anything else - a true original born from a collaboration between established artists Edu Imbernon and Los Suruba. 
The percussive groove is joined by sweeping arps and melodies that can touch the soul. Formentera is a pinnacle of production that shifts and elevates dance music, giving us a glimpse of what music can be.
