Rhome, the former All Day I Dream and Anjunadeep producer, delivers a splendid two track piece in 'Jeunesse Dorée', an EP which showcases once more his delicate touch and his impeccable sound selection. 'Raphael' is a sonic tale primed to take you away, offering an exquisite ensemble of textures around a tidy, bouncing groove. Moscow based brothers Sasha and Sergey alias Simple Symmetry have been responsible for some of 2017's musical special treats. The basement inspired duo took on responsibility to remix Adam Port's 'I Never Wear Black' and even get deeper with releases on Disco Halal, Multi Culti, Correspondant and now Dischi Autunno. Latter is run by French DJane Jennifer Cardini and Noura Labbani and just had its EP, The Tuning of the Road by The Magic Ray, released. Simple Symmetry reworked the original, an Indie-Rock influenced song, and added their slightly discoish inspired vibe making the track both: more suitable for the dance floors and paying tribute to a multilayered approach in sounds.

Musically and emotionally, Superpitcher’s third full-length studio album, The Golden Ravedays is a one sound autobiography that exhibits the skill, feeling and style that the artist has honed over a period of twenty years, musically, and forty-plus- years, emotionally. And full-length it is: The Golden Ravedays is an epic album of 24 longer than usual tracks that was released in January 2017 and is stretching over 12 respective chapter albums during a one-year period.

The 12th and final edition of The Golden Ravedays album will be released on record label Hippie Dance in December 2017.

Side A is the ballad of Late Night Skanking. True to the soul of skanking this track is weaving its delicate elements between the rise and fall of a monumental wave that teasingly never breaks. The main melody so seduces and hypnotizes that before you know it you’re a wide-eyed cobra waving away in a basket.

Standing ovation! Hands in the air! He made it! The very last track of Superpitcher’s epic Golden Ravedays odyssey is a jovial spree, a hullabaloo of merrymaking, the perfect celebration of the beginning to end of this heroic album. Punky Reggae Party is a fantastic collision of festive sounds, beats and voices that bring us undecipherable messages and everything else that is far beyond nice, nice, nice. Encore! Encore!

"Bremer was one of our most beloved discoveries of 2017. We didn’t hesitate to get in contact with the young man, who would soon join our family. Now, one year later we have a collaboration between him and rising talent Nordfold for one of our sleakest releases, we have put out yet. Rounding up the EP with near perfection, is a remix coming from our very own Sam Goku.


 
Main titel track „Yano“ builds a fancy dance arrangement around an incredible vocal sample from 1976 sung by Akiko ‚Yano’.  An Uplifting synth lead, organic percussion patterns and Yano’s vocals create an asian touched atmosphere, that stands out in an era of uncountable music productions.
 
With nostalgic, rolling basslines and iconic vocal pads from the 80’s, „Helmer“ embodies the sound of retro. As big lovers of Drive and new synth-wave generation, this production is truly an affair of the heart for us. A fantastic B-Side rounding up the theme of fusing old and new elements in the best way possible.
 
With finesse and gentle care, Sam Goku returns on Nie Wieder Schlafen with his second remix and yet again, it has the potential to fascinate the masses, while maintaining an incredibly humble underground sound. Inspired by the Original, Sam Goku extends on what was there, rather than drastically changing it. A light-hearted piano melody and Goku’s characteristic pads elevate the original’s core elements to an even dreamier state, while maintaining the fantastic groove and adding beefier low-fequencies."
