At the end of the year, I'm sharing a little gift with you that might brighten your night into the new year a bit. As some of you have already noticed, my track "In Control" has not been available on the usual platforms for some time now.




I started the track as a small rebellious underground project as an homage to one of my favorite songs of all time, until it finally got a lot of attention. I decided now, to get back to this starting point and to share it with you guys for free. Happy new year folks <3

And just like that TAU hit release No. 50! To celebrate this milestone what else could they do but gather up an elite squad of our closest comrades, new and old, to deliver a huge new installment of their Spektrum series. Spektrum 5 continues TAU’s quest to present the highest quality retrofuturism we can find, with an assorted cast of supremely talented artists all bringing their A-game for our beloved followers. So, here’s a breakdown of what to expect from this mouthwatering new compilation.

‘Ipanema Maneira’ from INVŌKER kicks off in dramatic style with a pensive build up. INVŌKER’s musicality is evident throughout, with the steady rise in tension timed to perfection, each additional layer of sound cultivating a spinetingling atmosphere. A sublime cut. A.C.N. brings the heat with ‘Hekima’, a wonderfully melodic track that brings us back to the emotive aspect of ourselves. Warm bass and inspiring pads take us inward, for some brief introspection, but soon the energy of the beats and the riff increase, eliciting an uplifting vibe.

The Mexican imprint Portal returns, as label boss Kick Fill delivers 'Days I Won't Forget.'

Premiere: Collé - Something To Believe [Mindgame Records]

After his standout hit 'Yumi' on Diynamic in 2023, Notre Dame has embraced his newfound notoriety, touring the globe with shows from Tokyo to London, from Miami to Paris. Now he is finally returning to Diynamic with a follow-up EP titled 'Citizen 99'.
Opener track 'Soda' is a bright and hopeful but simultaneously melancholic piece, with catchy piano chords and a steady suspense build that is perfect for outdoor festival closing moments.
'FE3L' pops off with 80s influenced percussions and robotic vocals, it's like the ode of a computer coming to life and realizing it's being chased by other forces to get its power switched off, but it won't let them.
Title track 'Citizen 99' is a more clerical, almost celestial theme of bells and choirs which counterpoints with rough Atlanta-type rap vocals to create an energetic dance floor hybrid.
And closing off the EP is 'Love 404', bundling witch-house elements with auto-tuned and crushed vocals into a beautifully mesmerizing tune to close your eyes to.
