We started to compile ‘The Many’ compilation after June 2020, in the wake of horrific world events in May - the murder of George Floyd. 
Our idea was to find worthy things we can do for others. 
Realising that what happened to George and many others transpired in 2020. This has been persisting at the hands of authorities for so many decades and longer, Rodney King, Breonna Taylor, Stephen Lawrence, Mark Duggan. It’s disgusting.

We want to use our privilege and platform, the label, to do some good
100% of revenue from this compilation will be split equally to the following 4 charities:

Guido Minisky and Hervé Carvalho make up Acid Arab, the Parisian-based duo who combine a love for acid house with the sounds and cultures of the Middle East. It's a fusion that runs deeper than just uniting a western beat with an eastern sample; they blend Arabic musical language and analogue techno devices, to create a unique form of dance music.

Starting life as a concept, Acid Arab morphed from a Facebook group to a party and now releases records and compilations that pays homage to their unique amalgamation of sounds and textures. Following a series of compilations and V/A EPs on Versatile Records, Guido and Hervé return to the label with their first solo EP titled Djazirat El Maghreb. A tribute to North African music, the three-track release looks to three countries in the region and with 'Halfa (Instrumental)', the focus falls on Algeria. The track also features Algerian keyboard artist Kenzi Bourras, who plays live with Acid Arib and comes packed with an alaoui beat, traditional to a lot of old chaabi songs and familiar to any new fans of Omar Souleyman.

London producer Kouslin is back with a brand new 12" out on 29th April on MDNGHT Records (home to the likes of Cloaka, Viers, Kalli, Ansome, Bleaker and Harushi Clan). The two-track EP, Suga's Drums on Leeds-based is dynamite bass meets techno fusion. What's more, you can check a full premiere from the release on site today. It comes in the form of 'Maasai Voices' an emotive yet pounding cut with an all-consuming low-end element. The track features beautiful vocals by women of the Maasai community in Kenya, highlighting the work of the Osiligi Charity - a UK organisation working in the Maasai areas of Kenya helping families out of poverty through education, health and local clean water.

Bristol based collective @Banoffee-Pies celebrates their 5th release on Limited Series imprint.

@MarennSukie aka Chris Roth serves up a drum theme, aptly named ‘The Theme’. Inspired by sample based albums like Bonobo’s ‘Dial m for Monkey’ and Calibre’s ‘Second Sun’, Roth employs a sample based approach to music making. In this instance chopping and mixing some dusty jazz-funk samples, layered behind a pulsating chord pattern and covered in chambers of delay and echo. Stepping up to the plate and taking a big old slice, Roth effortlessly slides in amongst a stellar cast which includes Seb Wildwood and Jon Sable. An explorative and interesting EP from Banoffee Pies, one which captures the imagination and soundtracks sultry summer days.

The collection features the re-works of his 'Summer Long, Now Gone' and 'Mallet Finger’ feat. Michelle Manetti. The EP opens up with Desert Sound Colony's remix of 'Summer Long, Now Gone' : the track merges a relentless broken groove with an hypnotic synth hook and it's driven by a powerful sub bass.
