Three years after pushing the KD Music label to dance music’s forefront, Germany’s premier tech-house twins Kaiserdisco thought the time was right to give themselves a new home to double their production power and prestige. Never settling for second best, and considering their already storied history that has achieved critically acclaimed albums, essential remixes, appearances on foremost underground labels and tours around the globe, there’s was an unrelenting need for something similar but different, an extra production line bringing dancefloor fire and DJ booth brimstone from another non-compromising angle. 

2014 gave forth to the concept of KD Raw, an imprint that’s all in the name. It lends itself to the same long-established quality that KD Music guarantees from its Hamburg headquarters, whether that be from Kaiserdisco themselves or a host of global contributors who range from future hot tickets to old hands at the game of house. But now, with the focus on techno pressure and uncut beats and vibes, the KD brand now has extra revs and a bigger number of backsides to kick. 

Taking it upon themselves to set KD Raw’s route in motion with opening EP ‘Three Lions’ b/w ‘Fifth Element’, Alex Costa and Kasbah Zoo & OniWax, as well as a Raw Remix EP featuring contributions from Luca Agnelli, Arjun Vagale & Ramiro Lopez, have already had the fledgling label sweeping aside all before them, driven to reflect the label’s distinctive artwork – an outstretched palm indicating that none shall pass and that where techno is now concerned, the buck stops here.

The real name Emilio born in '89 is a DJ | Producer from Mondragone a town in the province of Caserta, Campania, Italy. Since he was a child he has a passion for music by studying piano and preparing mixes for his HipHop jam sessions. By attending clubs in the area such as Golden Gate, Metropolis and others he discovers his passion for Electronic sounds, and from there he begins to experiment and study Ableton and Minimal, House and Techno music. Set aside for years, this passion comes to light from January 2020 with this new MOODEMAN NOISE project which translated expresses its personality. "Mood is the noise of man".

Hallmarking the 50th release of KD RAW, Napoli resident Markantonio gives his view on sleeper hit Bipolar Disorder. 

Where the original was an unexpected tour the force in the clubs, Markantonio will surely do the same. Staying true to the hypnotic elements in the original, he adds that Italian flavour that takes this track to new places. 

Paranoid orientated as a DJ Tool with only evolving synths, but the Kaiserdisco crew decided a worthy club edition was warranted. Thank you for all your continuous support.

We see once again a triumphant return of our Master Cuts series. In this series we collect the outliers and the misfits for some well-deserved time in the spotlights. After the debut of the illusive Welticke, KD RAWs head honchos Kaiserdisco, took on their remixing mantle and delivered a pulverating remix that takes Energizer to a whole new direction, while keeping and eye out for the original. Veteran in the game Axel Karakasis brings us Faced Reflection for a techno behemoth delivering the attitude. Ferhat Albaryrak and Kuvoka bring us Dematerialize. A wonky buzzing affair, with a relentless groove to accompany the mesmerizing leads.
