Mulya and Sobek author our next Chapter, reprising a creative relationship which has already borne significant fruit. Their work has seen them find a home together with labels including Monaberry and TAU, while they have been picked up individually by imprints including Bedrock and Get Physical.

Here they offer three big hitters. Title track Mirrored Screen opens things in style, its chunky afro techno groove offset by an enigmatic synth line and a choppy single note pattern that is laden with tension. Tribal vocals add to the mix before the main hook opens out and satisfyingly hits home.

Shaking Hands is the follow up, built around a distorted, pitching percussive groove for a determinedly heads down, wild affair that is bound to move the dancefloor.

Rounding things off, Hard Curve is just as heavyweight. Equally moody and foreboding as it is hypnotic and driving, it comes paired with an Edition by breakout artist Rinzen (mau5trap). Rinzen's rework is progressive and euphoric, communicating and deploying a sense of scale that is reminiscent of classic Sasha or Stephan Bodzin.

Rinzen's Edition makes for a fitting closer to a very strongly rounded EP from Mulya & Sobek.

Chapter 24 is on the Road to ADE once more, in collaboration with online art and music platform When We Dip.

To coincide with its Amsterdam Dance Event showcase at Bar Feijoa on Friday 20th October, the London-based imprint has compiled a sampler of some of its finest recent tracks.

Alongside these re-releases, here is a special new track to mark the occasion from up-and-comer Juan (FR) - a young French artist whose productions have already been released on the likes of Connaisseur, Kindisch and Underyourskin. Based in Paris, Juan has a residency at Sweet Musique where his live and DJ sets move the crowds with organic percussion, ethnic and afro vibes and deep, spiritual moods.

It's been one year and a month since Fabio Giannelli and Alessandro Gasperini alias Glowal made their debut on BOg's Atlant label. Now the Italian power-duo returns with a remix for the label head honcho and his collaboration partner GHEIST's track 'Venere' to the label that basically had given birth to what was to follow the month after. 2019 had only been a  few weeks in and the scene already made a decision: 'Cries', released on Innervisions' Secret Weapons Part 11, would become one of the most anticipated tracks of the year. Unfortunately the decision had been made before Fabio and Alessandro released their three tracker 'Revolver' on Berlin label Exit Strategy. With each track receiving support from multiple artists it was difficult to select a common favorite as all of them got under one's skin. 'Revolver' was followed by Glowal's EP 'Roda', for which the duo teamed up with vocalist Chris Batten, on Agoria's label Sapiens, again drawing a lot of attention to their music. The latter can not be ruled out for Fabio and Alessandro's latest contribution to Atlant since their take on BOg & GHEIST's take 'Venere' again receives massive support from all over the scene and has been a Digweed favorite for a while. Glowal's remix treatment aims at floors and represents their skillful dealing with vocals and incorporating them into an instrumental – in Fabio and Alessandro's words this means that soundscapes merely take on a subordinate role instead of clashing both, the vocals and the instrumental, while being played simultaniously. So Glowal's remix approach does just that, whenever the vocals take the lead, the sound elements favor them while for the rest they put on their mark.

BOg & GHEISTt's EP 'Venere' will be released on Atlant on July 8th, 2019.

After the overwhelming popularity of Pracht's first release from Gorge, which reached number one in the Beatport Deep House top 100, another high performing Germany artist makes his debut - Oliver Schories with the 'Rampart EP'.

Hamburg-based Oliver has been a welcome addition to the German house community for a number of years now. Regularly playing at festivals and clubs across the world, his deep and introspective sound has won him an army of fans. Tracks on 8bit, Parquet Recordings as well as his own SOSO imprint have cemented his place in the industry as a creative, thoughtful producer and wildly original DJ.

Opening with the super funky 'Rampart' we are quickly whisked away to Oliver's world. Bumpy sine bass gets things pumping before the melodics take control, while skippy percussive layers drive it forward to the ethereal break. Taking a deeper, striped back approach, Ray Okpara keeps it minimal throughout before opening up into glorious technicolour.

'Kato', Oliver's second original sees him in deeper melodic waters. Focusing this time on spacey disco pads and leads, this is perfect for early mornings just as the sun comes up. Powerful and understated, it'll be your favourite secret weapon all summer long! Anjunadeep regular Tim Engelhardt adds his wizardry to the remix here. Drawing out the main motifs, he expertly constructs a detailed re-imagination in epic proportions.

Exclusive Kalyma 'Tanger Night Drive (Sobek Remix)'

One third of SOLIDE, namely Kalyma, returns with his 'Tanger Night Drive EP' to the label. Consisting of two original tracks, 'Arlequin' and 'Tanger Night Drive', the latter is remixed by Budapest-based producer Marton Sobek. The proven dance floor expert has contributed his forwardly-moving works to labels such as TAU, Connected or Stripped Down Records and enhanced renowned DJs' sets and now comes in with yet another remix that pushes its listeners to maximum powered dance actions. Starting off with synth-pads only a rhthmically influenced bass line sets in after round about 1:30 minutes as the afore-introduced floating synth-melody is repeated to then make way for hypnotical smooth chords that conclude with a break. Sobek's remix approach then holds another but more ravey synth, which adds depth and edginess but mostly creates this momentum the track has aimed at from the beginning.

Literally spoken Hungarian artists Mulya and Sobek are shaking hands for their latest common release on Chapter 24, factually the both have been friends for quite a while. Regardless the aforementioned the busy producers have come up with another club-oriented, rhythmically influenced four tracker, 'Mirrored Screen', that continues to carry their melodious and tropical vibe throughout the scene to the floors. 'Shaking Hands' might be the best of both's artists worlds - as it combines a lush bass line, which is heavily shaking its way through the following synth-chords as they are pulled up like an accordion and create a restlessness and keep the listener in an infinite dance-loop to Mulya & Sobek's highly musical sound spectacle.

Jonas Rathsman continues his solid string of signings to the ever-inspiring ELEMENTS label, this time with Hungarian production wizard Sobek. Named after the Egyptian crocodile god, the raw sun-soaked energy of his sound is semantically rooted into his musical ethos. It is clear from the years spent in the studio creating innovative and thought-provoking original music across many sub-genres, that his sound has developed no boundaries. Sobek delivers a brooding, deep progressive builder that emphasises his ability to keep things stripped back yet menacingly effective. The surreal panning shakers that introduce the track set a moody tone along with the tight tribal percussion that spans across 'Dijanra's' sonic field, creating trippy oscillating patterns that sound outer-worldly, yet raw and organic. Rotating synth pulses breathe slowly as the track comes towards the breakdown, a dose of fresh air allowing the ghostly lead synth to really take control before throwing you back into its radiant groove.
