Our 'Good Morning from ...' Guest Mix series will explore different artists from all around the world as they take us on a journey with their distinct and unique sounds that they'll showcase to represent their taste, surroundings and upbringing.

Today, we’re back in the UK for an early morning story from a duo whose storytelling capabilities have seen them travel far and wide, and today they’ve spoilt us with a gorgeous two and a half hour tale; sit down with us alongside @deathonthebalcony

Travel with us to Blackpool on the Flyde Coast, in Northern England, where neon-lit amusements, bustling funfairs and golden, sandy beaches are everywhere to see.

We are very excited to share with you @christianvoldstad's perception of Far Blue. Christian's mixes that have come straight from the Burning Man Playa, Sisyphos and many other places have intrigued us for years now, and we are proud to have him share his Far Blue concept with us. A real enthusiast of electronic music, blending a focus on the low end frequencies with a melodic, sometimes melancholic touch. This melancholic touch definitely comes out with this interpretation of Far Blue titled 'Lethe', recorded in NYC.

This month I almost put together one of my Slinky mixes, but it just didn't feel right to pull the tempo down on these tunes. This one bumps along at a comfortable 122, but still there's something airy about it. A bit of space in the grooves and some more minimal selections.

The latest EP from Vienna's electronic outfit Her Voice Over Boys, 'Window', aims to be more than music. To HVOB, it's a multimedia art project that combines audio, video, and art installation tactics into one creative gestalt. You can preview the oeuvre here before its release on November 28, as HVOB has sent it to us in lieu of a mix for our EB Radio series. The EP, which includes remixes from Gui Boratto and Acid Pauli, foreshadows a forthcoming album due out next year.

Raised in her bohemian grandparent’s house, filled with treasures collected from world travels and vinyl from across the continents, she is truly a melting pot of influences. Harnessing this, she creates dynamic, emotional soundscapes. Her music is responsive and fluid: it moves with the feeling of the crowd. A natural autodidact and perfectionist, she is always tinkering with new formulas. Freely selecting sounds from different cultures, time periods, and genres. She has created the Cazar nights, a weekly event at Soubois. There, she invites local artists to promote the Montreal scene, and builds a community around shared interests. She also has invited DJs that inspire her, such as Behrouz, Themba, Elfenberg, Unders, Birds of mind, Holmar, Britta Arnold, etc. with whom she played alongside at Cazar.

Her sets tell a story of voyage and adventure. She is audacious and artistic, equally inspired by the music of Lhasa de Sela as by the poetry of Boris Vian. With a musical practice that resembles collage, she builds harmony out of chaos and creates something both poetic and strangely accessible. Always danceable, her sound often leans towards deep sets with both synthetic and organic touches. A soundtrack to get lost to.
