Helping bring the Boston DJ scene to the international level with the creation of nightlife staple Clear The Floor as well as being a organizer/resident DJ for the Hardcore party Pole Position. Their one of a kind sound is what makes Chelita so hypnotizing. Chelita brings you on a sonic adventure, ranging from the bliss of Afro/Tribal/Latin-centric House & Techno, to the transformative sounds of Acid & Trance to the heavy kicks of Hardcore, get ready for an unforgettable sonic journey. Chelita has released music for Banana Pudding Records and Chaogardem, has songs played on Boiler Room and Filth.Inc (Mumbai) & has released mixes internationally. Recently, they have been nominated for Dance/Electronic Artist of the Year at the 2023 Boston Music Awards & was also featured on Boiler Room.

With every Full Moon or solar eclips I will present a new artist which I highly admire, respect and who embraces the same dark, ambient and hypnotic techno sounds like me.⁠

The Full Moon is a time of blossom and highlights.⁠
The Full Moon equals the spiritual and energetic culmination. ⁠
When the Full Moon has passed, the waning moon phase begins. ⁠
This is the time to let go what no longer serves you. ⁠

Last week we had our last Full Moon in Cancer, also called the 'cold Moon', which brings a powerful emotional energy. This water sign is in fact known for its deep feelings and strong intuition. Therefore, during this full moon, you may notice that you are more emotional than usual.

This Full Moon is in opposite of the Sun in Capricorn. This is an interesting dynamic because where Cancer is about emotion and intuition, Capricorn is about structure and discipline. This creates quite an inner struggle, where you feel like you are being pulled back and forth between two worlds....
⁠
On the one hand, you feel the need to let your emotions run wild and focus on your personal life. On the other hand, the energy of Capricorn calls you to focus on your ambitions and responsibilities. A case of "cry later". Balance is the key word here. It's a time to recognize that both your emotional well-being and professional achievements are important. You may find ways to feel as well as nurture both.

Tulum Destination Unknown Festival Set

I've always been a fan of the
Flow Sessions series and make it a point to listen to every mix.
The concept is refreshing — three hours, thirty-three minutes, and thirty-three seconds that
give a DJ the freedom to go deep, move beyond peak-time tracks, and let the mix truly
breathe.
For this set, I recorded the mix and added some layering and effects in Ableton, especially in
the intro. It begins with ambient and deeper cuts, like stepping into a room as the dance
floor
slowly comes to life. From there, the energy builds and holds steady before winding down into
a soft landing of melodic, moody textures.
I hope you enjoy listening as much as I enjoyed creating it. Thanks for the opportunity — and
my only request is this: play it loud.
