Sunshine Stitches (Doc McStuffins from Doc McStuffins + Tails Doll from Sonic R)
One of the stranger pairs of subjects here are subjects D-12 and D-98, referred to as Dottie “Doc” McStuffins and Tails Doll respectively. Doc appears to be a young girl with a certain affinity for fixing toys and other playthings and arrived here with a few in tow. Perhaps that’s what drew her to attempting to fix up Tails Doll, which at first glance appears to be a crude plush version of a video game mascot’s sidekick. However, experimentation has shown something more lies beneath that intimidating deadpan glare. Doc has been a bit vague on why she’s operating on this toy, something I worry could lead to something far worse.

Cock that gun! Tankman wages war on the bracket! Aboard the trusty tank, Sgt. John Captain takes aim for victory. Being the familiar face associated with the Newgrounds website, Tankman embodies all that is flash cartoons and flash games by bringing in those tunes that bring you back to the old days on sites like Tyrone's Unblocked Games -- in the middle of your math class when you definitely didn't have work to do. We’ve heard horror stories of the universe subject C-89 comes from - stories of video game characters being warped beyond recognition and given complete overhauls in terms of personality and speech - but now we have definitive proof. C-89, unlike his CVN-86 counterpart, is incredibly vain and isn’t afraid to show off his looks and muscles even when unprompted. Not to mention he’s also flirted with most of the female subjects and thankfully been met with rejection every single time. He’s kind of a pain to deal with but we can...hopefully rely on him if any serious threats emerge.

Subject DW-91 is an anthropomorphic duck superhero, known publicly as “Darkwing Duck”. Though subject DW-91 acts similar to the original, complications with retrieving him led us to grab a different Darkwing from a much newer universe which exists as an offshoot of universe DT-87. His equipment is much more advanced than the original’s, but at the same time he appears to be less capable of effectively using it; perhaps DW-91 is less experienced? Nonetheless, subject DW-91 appears to have a genuinely good heart, despite proclaiming himself as the “terror that flaps in the night”.Thus far, he’s scuffled with a few of our more… foul-natured subjects. We’ll be observing DW-91 closely to see if there’s more beneath his threatening appearance and superhero tech.

On May 23rd, a localized time anomaly appeared on-site. We were expecting something bizarre to shoot out, but none of the research team expected a fish to flop out of it. Subject F-18, simply referred to as “Future Bass”, and claims to be a member of a time travel maintenance organization, known as “O.C.E.A.N’. Subject F-18 has proven to be an interesting subject given that, first and foremost, it’s the only regular animal we’ve got here- aside from being able to talk to researchers, he seems to be a biologically normal sea bass. Additionally, we’re hoping that its control of similar temporal anomalies could provide us an insight into the alternate timelines certain subjects come from. None of the research team can believe we’re doing this all because of a fish, much less one coincidentally named after a niche genre of EDM.
