Members of the Princ€ss rock group are ones who have each contributed significantly to an emerging contemporary global sound through their own solo musical efforts. The conglomeration of these singular artists for an intense period of recording in the west of Ireland has resulted in a resynthesis of traditional genre using conventional instrumentation mixed with experimental playing styles and advanced digital processing techniques. 

What materialises sonically is a music punctuated by sharp dissonance pillowed within textures of harmonious calm. Wordless vocals are heard quarrelling in duet with guilt-ridden joy. Periods of meditative clarity are interrupted by the panicked yet still irresistible gazes toward the ultraviolet mainsource of the Irish psychosis.

Princ€ss is an expression through the lost Irish voice and also simultaneously a collective attempt at formulating a novel perspective which may act to polarise the blinding glare reflected upon the mirrored boundary of the Irish psyche - allowing us to realise and articulate the truths which lie repressed within its core.
