Madloch's 3rd Avenue proudly presents Impulse Control, the label debut from Sri Lankan producer Maithree. After first appearing on our Future Avenue Spring Sampler 2025, followed by a full EP on Future Avenue and a recent feature on Balkan Connection, Maithree now steps onto 3rd Avenue with a deep and melodic original that shows his evolving sound and refined production approach.

Renga Weh: The name of a faraway place, not necessarily on this particular planet? The medical term for a state of mind, not necessarily from this corner of the galaxy? Listening to the new EP of the artist with this name both answers turn out to be true. We’re confronted with a powerful stream of minimalist elegance, a complex musical organism pulsating underneath a highly psychotropic surface. The groove works like a domino chain that runs through three different realities and ends up in one state of hypnotic danceability. The Mera EP is completed by an epic dancefloor drama from the
studio of Mollono.Bass and an ecstatic Breakbeat departure from Franz Alice Stern.

This is sophisticated electronic music, between melodies and progressive sounds confering this ep a very coherent sound wich anounce a great live over Europe for Max.
