With a host of divinely decadent characters, it plots the story of a passionate love affair between the impoverished yet beautiful Annie, and Eddie, a man with very royal connections.

Their dreams for the future are shattered by the prejudice, sacrifice and pain they endure as the dark wheels of the Victorian Establishment are turning and will stop at nothing short of crushing them.From the streets of London’s East End to the shores of Southern France, Whitechapel takes us on a musical journey within a score of haunting melodic ballads, music-hall song and big chorus numbers.
