HEART-WRENCHING: STARVING POLAR BEAR ON ICELESS LAND
When photographer Paul Nicklen and filmmakers from conservation group Sea Legacy arrived on Somerset Island—near the larger Baffin Island—in late summer, they came across a heartbreaking sight: a starving polar bear on its deathbed.
"We stood there crying—filming with tears rolling down our cheeks," he said.

I was very much affected by everything that I read and saw, for a long time I could not stop thinking about it, and decided to devote a track to these bears and all this tragedy of the situation as a whole.
