I set up a generative eurorack patch to record a bunch of 1 minute demos of the different modes on the amazing empress echosystem delay pedal. Soundwaves were passed out of the echosystem and into an old Tascam us-122 for recording via Audacity in windows 10. Absolutely no post-processing except to add a few seconds of fade-in and fade-out to each track.

Patch notes:
meng qi karp -> mutable rings -> befaco chopping kinky -> empress echosystem. Lots of various modulation, temps utile is the master clock, and ornament & crime is acting as quantizer with an aeolian scale.

Demo notes: 
I use the same generative modular patch (see above) to generate new but similar sounds for each demo. Almost all of the demos are a single mode of the echosystem (i.e. I'm not showcasing the dual modes here). I start with a few seconds of dry and then turn the mix up to 50%/noon with all control knobs set to around noon. From there I mostly tweak thing 1 and thing 2 but I occasionally mess with the mix, feedback, and tone knobs too. The exceptions are track 1 which is a long recording of the dry patch, and tracks 2 and 3 which are in dual left/right mode using two different tape delays. 2 & 3 are the same thing but I video taped 3 to put up a vid later.
