This month’s mix is by Region Salvaje who's based between Moscow and Saint Petersburg. Nowadays Dima is playing in a band called Argunauts. He made a mix with material from his tape collection (mainly Soviet and Italian). The main narrative of this mix is a tribute to Dmitry Vasilev who 'introduced' Dima into electronic music. 
Dmitry was a music journalist and focal point of industrial and experimental music and events in Russia, since the early 90s. He wrote a book called Viva Italia, which was the first attempt (in Russia) to systematize information about the cultural phenomenon of experimental, industrial noise, electroacoustic, avant-garde and other unusual music from Italy. The book includes information on more than 800 artists, photographs and detailed descriptions of releases. He tragically passed away 3 years ago during the filming of movie about the occult-death industrial movement in 80s. This film is now online. Watching Tinnitus gave rise to record this mix.

Low Bat is not exempt of such a natural rule, for his communication with the outer world is also eminently sonic. Words are substituted by a mosaic of sounds that can speak about human emotions with nothing but a few words.

He runs the Night Travel On A Blanket radio show in LYL, a sensitive series of musical narrations by the hand of diverse artists. One third of the unparalleled Jean-Luc project, his eye - and an ear - for talent is something that has marked his work co-curating the programme of Arkaoda Berlin.
