Right when you thought the 80's had been mostly dug out, the "Night City Life" compilation hits the shelves. 
Ever since we heard his compilation for Spacetalk we were blown away: one of the best curations of early MIDI dancefloor/radio oriented productions we'd heard in a while. Truly refreshing to the human ear, not to mention the heavy research behind it. As such, we've wanted to book Ilan ever since but then COVID happened. Still a wet dream to see him do his thing live but for now here's this amazing bit of aural goodness to get you in the right mindset. 

Ilan is a London-based record collector. He can often be found posting the artwork of 80s vinyl from his collection on Instagram; a patchwork of nostalgia from musical days gone by.

The first time we came across Bárbara Boeing’s jaw-dropping sound was at an equally inspiring festival in Brazil seven years ago. Since then, she has truly grown to become a leading name in the underground Brazilian electronic music scene, and one of the most sought-after names in Europe too. 
She is one of the founders of Alter Disco, a well-known party label with roots in Brazil which aims to push the boundaries of freedom of expression and social paradigms in her home country. Born and raised in Curitiba, Brazil, Bárbara Boeing has now moved her records and life to Europe, currently based in Milan where she continues to inspire and push the limits of what an electronic music DJ can do. 

For more than ten years she has been deepening and refining a vast and diverse musical research with sets that span through the most varied rhythms and eras. In her Silky Session 09, you will travel through a vast variety of base-heavy disco and 90’s boogie bangers, creatively mixed with Lati- weirdo numbers and wavy electronic tracks. ENJOY.

Eric Duncan started DJ-ing in Manhattan’s Downtown bar and club circuit in the mid 90’s.

In 1996 he stepped out of the DJ booth to curate the music for the Girl Skateboards movie titled ‘Mouse’. A couple of years later, Eric along with Thomas Bullock formed the AfterHours party outfit ‘Rub-N-Tug’. 

After a few years of HARDCORE party providing to NYC’s left field underground. Eric began hitting the road with Rub-N-Tug, the rest is a blur.. ;)

In 2006 Eric & Liv Spencer started ‘Still Going’ releasing 2 singles on DFA Records including ‘Still Going Theme’ & ’Spaghetti Circus’ the later featuring Ultra talented Reggie Watts on vocals. Eric also has production collaborations with Dean Meredith of Chicken Lips fame and New York’s Justin Vandervolgen leader of ‘My Rules’
