Following the release of EL RITO, the collaborative project between Jorge Galindo and Dario, a new dimension of the ritual emerges: EL RITO REMIXES. In this release, three producers—Dan ChiCharron, Mverto Futura, and Marian—reinterpret the original material, expanding its soundscapes and taking them to new realms.

Each remix is ​​a free exploration that respects the spiritual pulse of the ritual, but shifts it toward new rhythms, textures, and emotions. From dense layers of percussion to enveloping atmospheres and dreamlike distortions, these versions reveal other possible interpretations of the original sound.

EL RITO REMIXES: does not seek to repeat the ceremony, but rather to open it up, to tension it, and to let it breathe in other languages. An act of transformation. An echo that continues.

Berlin-based italo-disco record label Slow Motion mark their return with the full-length release 'Cafe Futuro', the sophomore album from label boss Franz Scala...Our pick is the fifth track ‘Saxon Rebel’ - a sleek, hyper stylised descent into the nocturnal undercurrents of Northern Germany. Co-produced by Local Suicide, the track operates at a steady 120 BPM, maintaining an unflinching tension without ever rushing. Acid-washed synth lines snake through layers of gleaming new beat arpeggios, while Vamparela’s Greek spoken-word passages lend an air of ritualistic mystique. The result is a seductive time-warp, where fragments of ancient rites and sci-fi futures converge into an hallucinatory dancefloor reverie.

Berlin-based synth-wave band Dina Summer released their highly anticipated second album 'Girls Gang' earlier this year via Iptamenos Discos. After recently releasing a bunch of remixes by DJ Hell, Damon Jee, Phunkadelica & The Populists the trio is now back with even more reworks by befriended artists Karassimeon, Boys’ Shorts, Karla Lynch, Moderna, The World Domination, and Etane!

Berlin-based artist and Brave New Rave label founder Moderna - also known for her former radio show of the same name and acclaimed productions including a remix for The Matrix soundtrack - delivers a stunning rework of Dina Summer’s dark wave anthem “Nothing To Hide”. She opens with a cinematic, orchestral atmosphere that builds tension and drama before erupting into full dance floor power.

Ray Coyote - Ruvalcab (Cabizbajo Rework) [2018]

'A decade has passed since Infinity Night graced Bordello A Parigi with his wonderful Winter and Summer EPs. After too long a wait, the French producer returns with the aptly titled Le Temps Qui Passe. Six slices of select synthesizer music make up the 12”, tracks lovingly crafted with Frederic Bergamaschi’s trademark analogue warmth. A melancholic melody meanders through brightness in “Tu Ne Me Réponds Pas”, dulcet words hidden under the machine gauze of a vocoder. Skittish percussion gives way to the refrain of “It’s Full of Stars”. Hazy keys appear as an arpeggiator rumbles below a shimmering sky. “Les Souvenirs De Valerie” picks up where its predecessor left off. Astral notes are beamed into the heavens, echoing into the while crisp cymbals tether the piece. Infinity Night has always sought that point of balance in his music, a bittersweetness he accentuates and explores. This is true in the darker shades of “Nymphomania”. Beats are bolstered, key stabs piercing the tenderness of analogue trills. The title track is a rich patchwork. A burbling undercurrent supports forays into diverse tangents with lyrics surfacing through key shifts and sliding scales. Marching to militaristic rhythms, “I Comme Icare” is the curtain call. The stringent drums are broken by sailing synthlines, vocals masked in a familiar mesh to close. Le Temps Qui Passe, well worth the wait.'
