I did this cover / remix of Klaus Schulze's track Brave old sequence for the CD "A tribute to Klaus Schulze", released on Série Poème in 1998. This is my 2014 remastered version with brighter and fuller sound than the original.

Klaus Schulze - Brave new sequence (Bjorn Fogelberg remix)

In the merry woods the bears began to dance. They hid beneath the glow of the moonlight atop the mountain side. The wind blew coarsely through the trees but that did not bother them, they were far too rugged and brave for such things to threaten their fun. No man would find them here, within the opening of the forest. They gathered and they danced, grunting and howling to the heavens up above. The sun would rise in a few hours but for now the jungle was theirs. 

Ess O Ess return with a flamboyant interpretation of house music. They deliver a sample laden jam which bounces and oozes with the fun associated with the season.

The rope was balanced finely between two trees amidst central park. From up above the sight probably looked incredibly insignificant, let alone worthy of a second glance... However, down upon the ground there were two soldiers ready to toddle softly beneath the ragged piece of string - a limbo walk was set to take place at 3pm. Onlookers had already started to gather and observe the formal beauty of the event, this was to be the highlight of their afternoon. 

Switchdance is remixed by Iñigo Vontier on a new release forthcoming from Karakter Records. "Limbo Walker" is reimagined as a tribal infused workout.

Kluentah delivers a chalky electro smash with elongated snares and eerie chords passing from one end of the brain to the other - straight to the Myn's fresh Public System recordings. Full of sludgy breaks, there is a constant reduction even as sounds and samples are introduced, they enter the roving mulch in a stylish slide. B side's last offering, 'The Next' continues with the non-stop raw energy of the whole EP, closing it in a heavy way!

In the latest release from Public System Recordings we are allowed a look further into the syrupy synth dripping slowed beatdown. Kluentah delivers a chalky electro smash with elongated snares and eerie chords passing from one end of the brain to the other, and to the floor. There is smooth vocal play as well as allowing for incoherent out of context speech samples that stab through minimal jumpy drum work. As diabolical and heavy as the hits and bass is, this enters the swath of dance floor records with a distinct flavor that sets itself above others' execution. Full of sludgy breaks, there is a constant reduction even as sounds and samples are introduced, they enter the roving mulch in a stylish slide.

One half of esteemed house duo Waifs and Strays, Amos, launches his new alias: Part Time Lover. Debuting on Crosstown Rebels with Don’t Hesitate, the EP is a stunning six track release that features vocals from Danielle Moore and Oli Gosh, as well as remixes from PBR Streetgang

The EP opens with Don’t Hesitate. A pure house groover, Oli Gosh’s vocals provide the track with a seductive flare, whilst the swinging bassline rolls alongside dynamic pulsing keys. Second up is the dub version of Don’t Hesitate. Stripped back yet still wholesome, the mix features whirring pads. Tied comes next, as Danielle Moore’s incredible soulful vocals coat the record with a dance-ready warmth. PBR Streetgang are first up on remix duties, providing an acid-flecked reinterpretation of Tied that harks back to the 80s with electro-like synths and distorted kicks, before their dub mix continues in a similarly driving vein.

English vocalist Oli Gosh has featured on Dutch house music label Armada Deep. Danielle Moore has been the lead singer of Crazy P since 2002, releasing on the likes of Wolf Music Recordings and Smoke ‘N’ Mirrors. PBR Streetgang released their standout album Late Night Party Line last year on the esteemed Skint label.
