El productor italiano Treasure Island nos lleva en un viaje nocturno con "Nocturnal Samba", parte de su próximo lanzamiento en Melómana Records, titulado "Torbido". Disponible el 13 de diciembre de 2024, este track encapsula su enfoque holotrópico único, combinando influencias de minimal, trance y sonidos oscuros para crear una atmósfera profundamente introspectiva y envolvente.

"Nocturnal Samba" destaca por su ritmo hipnótico y sus texturas intensas, invitando al oyente a una experiencia cósmica y emocional en la pista de baile. Este lanzamiento, que incluye también un remix de Panka Panka, refuerza el compromiso de Treasure Island con la exploración musical y su capacidad para crear paisajes sonoros transformadores.

Four original house tracks, each with it's own signature sound. Peak time throbbing, electrifying house vibes with a distinguished layer to it alternate with more melancholic house for the after hours, mimicking that feeling of never wanting the night to end.

The EP comes with two remixes by Venice Arms (Curses) and upcoming Amsterdam based talent Kyra Khaldi who both add another layer to the record.

DJs Concret and Inigo Vontier unite as a duo, The Diyeis: a crocodilian-simian fusion of primeval sound, uniting mammal and reptile. Their mission is to harness "the primal, tribal effect of ecstasy on the dancefloor" - this is, of course, a target which many producers shoot for, and yet whose tiny red bullseye few are actually able to hit. 'Ritmo' and 'Skat' opt for a different, rather minimal approach to achieve the same "primal" effect, contrasting the usual cliches of hide-taut hand drum and nighttime ghost-dance chants. The Diyeis don't need to abide such tritenesses; their claim is that the tendency towards primordial dancing always already exists in us, without requiring evocation in style. 'Muevelo', in fact, entirely upends anything we'd expect of a "primal, tribal" release, bringing digi-redux hats jacked to high, clipped heaven, and weird FX, which reach a similar, and yet more unconfined head on B2 'Lo Que Pasa'.

“Traces”, the debut album from Vesto Comodo, presents a sonic meditation on the enduring power of human emotions and behaviours in an era where the boundaries between organic and artificial consciousness have dissolved.

Introspective, funky, earthy and deep: the album sound palette juxtaposes elements like century-old piano phrases with mysterious synth pads, while tape-squashed drum breaks and jazzy flute themes spiral together creating a journey into a prehistoric futurism.

This is my first Album and private press project.

Sigmoid Fn returns for another trip on the enjoyment express. Revisiting the zone of computer body music explored on his 2024 self-titled release, ‘Training Set’ goes deeper, darker, and dancier in every way. Inspired by the early days of computer music and the meditative aspect of coding, the Singaporean producer blends a cold digital sound palette with the warmth of Chicago rhythms across these five cuts to create a style that is entirely their own. Transforming the brutality of computer logic into house music ecstasy, Sigmoid Fn drives deeper into his lane across these five cuts.
