Premiering next on Nerang Recordings is Adrenaline Replenishment by WakeUpNeo. The EP features four tracks that feature glitchy cosmic highs and bass rumbling lows.

The EP opens with “Shoot Your Shot” an electro belter that features WakeUpNeos signature skippy drums and vocal chops reminiscent of artists such as Jensen Interceptor, Mutant Joe among other artists working in the electro sphere.

“Coast2Coast” is a more introspective fare with the use of lofty strings and synth patches akin to the best classic techno of the 90’s and beyond. Coast2Coast is perfect for sunrise and twilight hours of the party.

“MetroSports” turns up the bpm and intensity featuring an endlessly groovy acid bassline and a 4/4 techno kick pattern that just won’t quit. The track effortless blends WakeUpNeos hard dance stylings with cyber inspired synth patches, designed for peak time.

The EP ends with a staple, the bootleg. Britney gets the WakeUpNeo treatment on “In The Club”. Just like this name, the track is made for club dance floors, combining house and techno with WakeUpNeos unique sonic experimentation

Today we premiere a grime influenced house track from Irish producer Son Orbis. The young producer channels deep and wonky minimal vibes on ‘Blem’ and intertwines grime vocals to great effect.

Taking inspiration from 90s trance and early 00’s Dubstep & Breakbeat, Dublin DJ/Producer Jack Fleming aka Son Orbis has been a regular within the cities nightclubs, stemming from his earliest days as a resident at Toast & Paradox.

With releases on Bristol’s Eton Messy Records & Edinburgh’s Milkit Sounds, Jack’s music has seen support come from the likes of Pete Tong, Joris Voorn, Brame & Hamo to name a few.

What you hear is really all you need to know. And what you’ll hear from Son Orbis’ sets and music productions are seamlessly blended bass-heavy frequencies and futuristic percussion driven beats.

Son Orbis provides a deep and off-kilter house cut that is simply made for the dance-floor on ‘Blem’. The track is soaked in classic minimal vibes, but the budding producer knit’s in grimey influences with commanding vocals to great effect. This is fantastic DJ tool for those who like their house with a touch of UK influence.

Incredibly versatile artist, Amédée Ô Suriam was one of those flamboyant souls touched by grace. Percussionist, author, composer, singer, stylist, sculptor, the Martiniquan put his divine inspiration at the service of a hybrid and visionary creation. His sudden death in 1992, while in his thirties, left behind him "Tension Hot-Shot", his only solo release from 1989. A resolutely avant-garde track, whose fusion of traditional African and Caribbean music with the beginnings of the house movement in Europe is underlined by the subtitle "Afro House" on the A side of the EP, a term that was barely used until then. It is this mysteriously precursory track that Chineurs de House has found, remastered and reissued today, finally shedding light on the fascinating work of an artist who had fallen into oblivion.

Perla is the moniker for Mayra Alejandra, a clubber girl from Lima - Peru, who moved all her dancefloor devotion to the decks. She's a DJ since 2020, and even her short presence in the scene as a DJ, she's been recognized for her dark and heavy beats when selecting and mixing, turning the night into a powerful room only for the braves.
