After a deep and very inspiring while, Belly Dance Services enchant the dance floors with the EP "Shatter" by Andreja Salpe from Skopje and Ludviq, who currently lives in Vancouver.

The two have been working quite a while together, sending each other all kinds of body and mind moving music over the big ocean. Belly Dance Services and label head Nick Hanzo are ecstatic to present the more indy dance vibes of the fabolous duo.

The trans global collaboration is completed with a dark evolving remix banger by Ravintsara from Biarritz for "Shatter", and a heavy pleasure rework from Teniente Castillo de Madrid for "Break The Line" – all in all a complete package for dark indy dancy vibe lovers.

Earthly Measures & Multi Culti come together to present their first release on new collaborative label 'Cult Measures' - First up is Jinje & A Brief Utopia's - 'We Invisible' - a deep, cosmic, experimental 8 track LP with Afro percussion & Jazz influences - perfect for home listening and peak dance-floor in equal measures.

With records out on Mesh, Ostgut Ton, Different, Messrs Kick & Drum, SceneUnseen and his own label, Making Friends, Jinjé (aka, Lee J Malcolm) has been making headway with his solo project in the electronic music scene. As the founding member and main song writer of Vessels (Cuckundoo, BIAS/Leaf, Different/PIAS) he has been DJ’ing and performing live for over two decades.

A Brief Utopia (A project by Jinjé) A Brief Utopia was born from an EP released earlier this year by Jinjé (aka, Lee J Malcolm from Vessels) on Scene Unseen. Stepping away from his usual production duties and focusing more on his passion for live drumming and percussion instruments. This was the starting block for much of the composition on the this record. He quickly realised that this would be a brilliant thing to do live and reached out to fellow musicians Danny Templeman (Submotion Orchestra, Gentleman’s DubClub) and Nathan Moseley (Fwar, Brolin) to put together a high energy show aimed at clubs and festivals alike.A Brief Utopia brings a colourful, vibrant and visually engaging experience. Dominik Marz´s “Bura´s Hymn” brings us straight above the Earth´s surface with a track as atmospheric as it can get, before Radial Gaze & Balam´s collab tune “Foreclosed” sets the scene for a groovy dance above the clouds.
We have already lost sight of the ground when World Wild Web initiates an immersion into an enigmatic phase of the voyage with his track “Extase”, where we do not really know in which time-space we find ourselves any more. Piscolabis II is a super sonic fan where we find the organic and robotic atmosphere of Piscolabis Part I and of course the sound experimentations of Golden Bug. The 10 new tracks presented on this sequel are even wilder and stranger, in the best sense of the word. The rhythms are heavy, the guitars of Lionel from The Limiñanas are razor sharp and the distorted grooves of the drum machines carry curious electronic impulses.

The introductory track “ Paradis ” with its choral, fairy tale and epic atmosphere, gives way to a series of slow, raw and bewitching tracks, such as “ Red Wolf ” featuring Phoebe Coco , the heady and mechanical “ Ricochet ”, “ L'Effet Domino ” carried by the voice of Anna Jean of the band Juniore , “ Toupie ” which takes us on chloroformed, hypnotic electronic highway , the psychedelic “ Hi No Tori ” with japanese guest Vega Voga , the retro-futuristic “ Autobahn ” embodied by the voice of Ruben Kielmannsegge , “ Poc a Poc ”, which plunges us into the world of acid-western and “ Boomerang ”, surfing the wave of dub in shamarnic hues.

Ever since the first EP “Attic Edits” was released in 2012. The duo Moiety & Manik have been experimenting with a lot of different music projects and sounds. Even though the two long time friends have developed a more distinct and different style in their solo work, each time when they found time to jam together in the studio their energy was special and brought an interesting fusion. This resulted in their second EP “Voodoo Hoodoo” which was released on Rugged Society in 2021. While the first EP was clearly based on creative editing of lost and forgotten gems from the past (which got a lot of attention because of the track “You’re Gone” that seemed to blow up overnight), Voodoo Hoodoo was an EP that took a turn to electronic and tribal music with a unique take on it. Finally after 3 years the 3rd EP “YOU” is ready to be shared with the world. Again this is another turn in music style and as playful and creative as always, but now inspired by soul, hip hop and the electronic music they love. Enjoy!
