JULS is a Filipina-Chinese DJ, Pianist, and Visual Artist born and raised in San Diego, California. She was exposed to a deep love for music at the very early age of three after being given her first upright piano from her parents. Spending most of her childhood going to piano lessons, and being the pianist
for her high school’s theater program, her passion and curiosity for music led her to exploring other forms of creative expression while at University. JULS became a piano teacher, and DJ at bars and clubs throughout the Bay Area, Los Angeles, San Diego, and Seattle. Best known for her versatile music taste in Hip-Hop, R&B, House, EDM, Trap, Rock, Alternative, Jazz, Classical, and her Soundcloud mixtape series ‘WOMEN OLD SCHOOL R&B AND HIP HOP’, she has been able to connect with and rock various crowds through her selections. JULS has also opened up for artists such as Smino, Sofi Tukker, and is a MYX Global representative for young Filipinos worldwide. During the COVID-19 pandemic, JULS and her community on Twitch raised over $20k toward different organizations and have more plans for charities in the future. JULS aspires to support and help brands reach their target audience, while continuing to move the dance floor through her energy and song selects.

NICE FOR WHAT (CHROME) 009 • REAUX + MUSUBI

Doing NYE a little different this year! For the past 10 years I have played shows across the world for New Years Eve. This year I decided focus on school, health, and wellness. With that being said I’m excited to partner and run a 5k run with my @lululemon family at one of my favorite running routes in Pasadena. We start at midnight December 31st.

Challenge yourself to try something new. Because if not NOW, then WHEN. It’s not a race it’s about showing up & not being hungover the next day.
