Amblio is a Vienna-based DJ and co-head to the label Ashida Park. Together with Antonia XM, he coined the term "hybrid club" - music that is defined by different forms of club music and draws heavily from contemporary pop-cultural influences, but is often too experimental to actually fit in what society would call a “normal” club. Music that doesn’t exist in an academic environment either and ultimately only really lives in a “scene” on the internet.

Breaking down barriers and preconceptions about themselves, about their music, about their lifestyles. As a DJ, Amblio explores intersections and differences between so-called ‘highbrow’ experimental music, and ‘lowbrow’ club and pop tracks. When behind the CDJS, he is exhibiting a curiosity about the audience’s reactions to seamlessly intertwine a bit of both worlds in his sets and tell a unique story each time.
