Dena Babe is a young Haitian Artist formerly known as Douce Rodena. Born in Port-au-Prince and raised in La Plaine. Dena grew up with her parents and 5 siblings in a Christian Home. Dena Babe started singing in church at a very young age. Her singing abilities were nurtured by her father who was a guitarist and a singer. Dena described her love of Music as her heritage and what she loves the most. She had her debut performance in front of a new audience in 2011 at the talent competition, Digicel Stars. She later worked on several professional music projects such as M pa ka tan’n, Saw Anvi with Franco Love and  Nanm mwen Geri with Leonidas. Dena Babe is also a dancer, a great cook, and often dabbles between seamstress and clothing design. 
With Biggy Records as her label, Dena Babe rebranded herself as a solid artist ready to take her spot as a full package entertainer in the HMI.Dena Babe is featured in “M Pa Gen Lot” with HMI Superstar WID. Dena’s first single with her label featuring WID “Lanmou Pa Sifi” released in September, 2023 is a fan favorite. In this latest Dena Babe sings many other requirements that a relationship requires. Now, Dena teams up with DPerfect, lead singer of renowned band EKIP to literally do it again with ANKO. With Dena’s aura, boldness, dance moves and voice have no comparison or competition. She is already known as “Fearless”. Dena Babe continues to ignite the HMI.
