LOONER has spent the last decade seamlessly melding their disparate backgrounds of salsa, orchestral composition, rock, synth pop, dark wave and reggae into a signature sound distinguishable by Zoë Poledouris' haunting vocals, Angel Roché Jr.'s locomotive beats and Damon Ramirez's piano & synth melodies. Their songs are a curious mixture of the dark and the light—piercing lyrics entwine with poppy melodies, and catchy hooks that are underscored by fuzzy prog rock riffs. Often referred to as Cinematic, LOONER creates Adult Alternative Urban dream scapes that whisk you away into a Fantasy World.
