Back in March I was asked to come play at a party, which is where I crossed paths with Tom Shaw. We had a little conversation which turned out to be the kind of chat which I really wouldn't have ever anticipated. 

So A few months prior to meeting Tom, his partner and soulmate Yasmin Davies, unfortunately was taken from the world far too soon, and I really can't even begin to imagine the horrible intensity of the tragedy her family's has had to bare, nor could I truly imagine how it would feel to meet your soulmate and lose them so early. Nothing hits home quite as hard as losing a loved one.

Tom reminisced about the good ol days and told me the both of them were really really big fans of my music, and used to smash out her paper round to my tunes, which is partly the reason I was asked to come play at this party. He then asked if there was any chance I'd be up for releasing a tune in dedication to Yasmin, so I think you know where this is going ....

It's taken me almost 2 years to get this right, if there's ever a track that's right for this situation it's gotta be one I've put an excessive amount of energy and love into. I can't put into words how deep this story is to me and I really hope this tune has a big positive impact to her family, to Tom and all of her friends and loves ones who were a major and dear part of her life. 

Her twin sister Anya has been an absolute gem. She's managed to dig out some of her favourite drawings to create a magical piece of art with. I want to shout out one of the most talented artist I've ever met for doing serious just on the cover art, whom I will tag in the comments, he's managed to combine a bunch sketches drawn personally by Yasmin herself, in an absolutely extraordinary fashion. 

It's a big shame we never got to meet, I've only heard amazing things about you and I've got absolutely no doubt you're up there smiling down to everybody here fighting the good fight! This is a special dedication, straight from the heart in celebration of your life
