Thanks for telling me (and meaning it!) to keep at the music when the kids started to arrive, even though I decided the right thing was to do was to hit the ‘pause’ button, get a ‘proper’ job and raise a family. Thanks for those 3 wonderful kids! Thanks for being there every time I’m lost in the dark. And thanks for supporting me in May when I decided to retire early, hit the ‘play’ button and refocus on my music. The very least I can do for your birthday is to try my best to capture your essence in a piece of music so here it is. If you know Kay, you’ll get it. If you don’t? Then this gift is for you as well. She Sees Rainbows

Hi y'all. Just thought I'd share a demo of the 3rd track from my upcoming album 'Songs from the Sunshine Room'. I tried to condense my life over the last 30-odd years into 4 minutes. TBH it's little more than a glorified demo; but after a few weeks of listening to all the loose mistakes on it I kinda grew to love it the way it is. I may well re-master it if I can get some real drummers and bass players involved (eh Stuart Hall, Marcus Sprott Others?) Thanks especially to Erin for telling me to lay down my own vocals; Im a guitar player not a singer lol. Anyways hope you like it. Best played with headphones and er... loud!
