Wild Oak Music Group (WOMG), founded as Wild Oak Records (WOR) in the fall of 1997, is a student-run, experiential-learning music business based in the Music Industry Program at California State University, Chico.  The name Wild Oak comes from its surrounding environment, Chico’s boisterous and edgy music scene paired with the historic oak trees of magnificent Bidwell Park. Wild Oak Music Group includes: Artist Management, Business Soundtracks, Concert Production, Marketing, Publishing, Songwriter’s Collective, Web Team, and Oak Leaf Duplication.
