April’s energy, drive and dedication has seen her rapidly establish herself in Australia's electronic music scene; with major festival bookings including Splendour In The Grass, Falls Music and Arts, Rabbits Eat Lettuce, Mushroom Valley, Elements, Earth Frequency and Happy Dazes. April has graced the decks at institutions and events such as Revolver Upstairs, Elsewhere, Locura, Subsonic Festival Launch and Church Of Techno SYD, while supporting the likes of Maksim Dark, Township Rebellion, Alex Stein, Made in Paris, Human Movement, Mha Iri, Laura King and Gabriel Moraes. In late 2020, April opened an exciting new chapter in her remarkable career, releasing her debut track “Scorpion” on the “Alliance VA”, credited to the world renowned record label Recovery Collective. The “Alliance VA” reached No.1 in Beatport’s Release Charts. Following the success of her debut release, April backed it up with a belter “Serpent” on Recovery Collectives “Elegance VA”. “Serpent” was widely supported, individually charting in Beatport’s Techno (Peak Time/ Driving) Hype charts reaching No.90 in the world. With more original’s poised for release, April has weaponized her creations, shaping her performances into an experience that is uniquely hers. Quickly becoming one of the most in demand Techno Producers/DJs in Australia, she works in the studio as much as in the booth to bring her worlds together and forge a musical language that is all her own. Seamlessly shifting gears between each space, blurring the dichotomy between club and open air, she has firmly cemented her position as one of the driving forces in the Australian music scene.

The Munich based producer is currently one of the most respected within melodic house and deep techno. As a resident DJ at Harry Klein, Munich and numerous appearances in clubs like Watergate, Berlin at festivals like Pleinvrees, Amsterdam and SEMF in Stuttgart, Wassermann stayed in people's memories through his energetic and eclectic sets. With his top 10 single "Gotland" (2019), Julian also made his international breakthrough. The techno single wasreleased on "Kompakt" (Speicher), one of the most renowned labels worldwide. The collaboration was created with Florian Kruse from Berlin. Even giants on the scene such as Adam Beyer, Tale of Us, Kölsch and Joris Voorn clearly liked "Gotland" in their sets. Other releases were also very successful - "Surreal", for example, already counts more than 2 million spotify streams and was among others in the playlist of Deadmau5. Also his remix "La Danse Du Scorpion" for Sébastien Léger went straight to number 1 after release. The single "Sirius" was supported several times in 2017 by the legend Pete Tong ́s Show on BBC Radio 1. Further productions were released on well known labels such as Watergate, Stil vor Talent, Suara, Last Night On Earth and Terminal M. Already with his successful releases on Stil vor Talent, "Monopterus" (2016), "Aurea" (2016) and "Lyra" (2017), Julian became one of the most successful producers in the scene. The tracks immediately made it into the top 10 of the Beatport charts. With th e EP "Monopterus", Julian even made it into the Top 10 as a personal highlight to be able to place three tracks of the release -led by "Monotperus" at the top of the charts on number 1.
