Since 2015, he has been instrumental in developing and implementing outpatient addiction treatment programs within indigent care clinics in Santa Cruz County. His expertise lies in building strong community partnerships and providing accessible care. A  passionate advocate for Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), Dr.  Santillano is dedicated to integrating this modality into primary and urgent care settings to optimize patient outcomes and promote recovery.
