Good Son were a Hard Rock band from Scotland formed in January 2013. As of 2015 Good Son is  a solo recording project. 

The band (Andy Kennedy - guitar/vocs, Al Strachan - drums, Colin McKay - bass, Andy Jay - guitar)originally formed on the basis of a shared respect for the Grunge and Seattle bands of the 90`s.  Taking that template, and adding their own take on it, the band recorded and released their debut album "Ceramic Eyes" in January 2014.

In 2015 the band found themselves unable to commit to the project further. As such Good Son is now a solo project by Good Son vocalist/guitarist Andy Kennedy who records the songs on his own in his home studio. 

To date he has released "Quality vs Time" and "Bipolar", both of which had been demo`s for the second Good Son album that was in the works before the split.

I am a musician and singer-songwriter from the UK. My genre is a mixture of Alternative and Indie Folk.
